1.1. Steps to login to the system
1. Access into the system.
2. Key in Login ID and Password on the left navigation menu.
3. Click on Login button to login to the system as shown below:
4. Once login, system will display welcome page as shown below:
Usually user will
change password in first attempt to login to the system. System will auto route
to change password page to allow user to change to a more secure password
instead of using the system generated password. However user can always return
to Change Password module to change password whenever they feel it is necessary
to do so.
2.1. Steps to change password:
1. Go to Staff Information module, click on Change Password link.
2. System will display Change Password page as shown below:
3. Enter Old Password.
4. Enter New Password.
5. Re-enter new password for confirmation.
6. Enter Secret Answer.
7. Click on Submit button to confirm new password or Cancel button to abort.
2.2. Steps to retrieve password
User can retrieve password from the system in case they have lost or forgotten the actual password. Follow the steps below to retrieve password.
1. When wrong password was entered, system will prompt “Invalid Password” error message.
2. Key in your login id and click forgotten password link.
3. System will route to Forgot Password page:
4. Key in Secret Answer.
5. Click on Submit button.
6. System will display “Your new password has been sent to your email account.”
7. You
may login to your email to retrieve the password now.
1. Toggle to Admin Mode and click on Till Maintenance module.
2. Click on Till Setup.
3. System will route to Till List.
1. Follow steps to view till.
2. Click on selected sales discount link.
3. System will route to Sales Discount Detail page.
4. Click on Setup button.
5. System will display “This computer is setup for Till No. T001.”
1. Follow steps to view till.
2. Click on Add button to add till.
3. System will route to till detail page.
4. Key in Till No.
5. Key in Branch.
6. Select status from drop down menu. (Active/ Deleted)
7. Click on Save button to add new discount or Cancel button to abort action.
Check Drawer will be set as “ON” as default. This feature is for future enhancement when all till are using cashier drawer.
1. Follow steps to view sales discount list.
2. Click on selected sales discount link.
3. System will route to Sales Discount Detail page.
4. Make necessary amendment.
5. Click on Save button to save or Cancel button to abort action.

2. Select checkbox on the selected region
3. Click on Delete button to delete till.
4.1. Steps to view till setup by branch
1. Toggle to Admin Mode and click on Till Maintenance module.
2. Click on Till Setup By Branch.
3. System will route to Till List.

5. Click on Add button to add till.
6. System will route to till detail page.
7. Key in Till No.

4.3. Steps to edit till setup by branch
1. Follow steps to view till setup by branch.
2. Click on selected till link.
3. System will route to till detail page.

4.4. Steps to delete till setup by branch
6. Follow steps to view till.
7. Select checkbox on the selected region.
8. Click on the delete button to delete till.
5.1. Steps to view back order list
1. Toggle to Admin Mode and click on Back Order module.
2. Click on Back Order Item setup.
3. System will route to Back Order List page.
5.2. Steps to filter back order by all branch
1. Follow steps to view back order list.
2. Click on Show All button beside Filter by branch.
3. System will list all back order for all branch.
5.3. Steps to filter back order by particular branch
1. Follow steps to view back order list.
2. Click on magnifying glass lookup icon.
3. System will prompt a pop up window.
4. Click on the selected branch.
5. System will list all back order for the selected branch.
5.4. Steps to delete back order
1. Follow steps to view back order list.
2. Select checkbox for selected transaction.
3. Click on delete button.
Click on admin button to return to ePOS admin page.
Promotion rules can be setup from Promotion Management. Please follow the steps below to create the rules from rules engine.
1. Toggle to Admin Mode and click on Marketing Management module.
2. Click on Promotion Management.
3. System will route to Promotion page.
1. Follow steps to view promotion.
2. Scroll down and click on Add button.
3. System will route to Promotion page.
4. Key in Promotion Name.
5. Select Promotion Type from drop down menu. (PWP = Purchase with Purchase, FGT = Free Gift, SC Sales Challenge.)
6. Select Company from magnifying glass lookup icon.
7. Select Branch from magnifying glass lookup icon.
8. Key in Promotion Description.
9. Select Start Date from calendar lookup icon.
10. Select End Date from calendar lookup icon.
11. Select Start Time from drop down menu.
12. Select End Time from drop down menu
13. Key in Total Expected Cost.
14. Key in Priority.
15. Click on Next button to proceed or Cancel button to abort action.
6.3. Steps to setup Promotion Rules Main
1. From step above, system will route to Promotion Rules Main page.
2. Click on Add button to proceed or Cancel button to abort action.
3. System will display detail page.
4. Promotion Name and Promotion Type are pre-defined.
5. Key in Rules Name
6. Key in Priority.
7. Select Status.
8. Click on Save button to proceed or Cancel button to abort action.
9. System will then route back to Promotion Rules Main page.
Initial status should be “Pending” until rules are set, then return to this page to amend status to “Active”
Priority – Higher value for higher priority; Lower value for lower priority. For example, 1 is lowest priority, 10 is highest priority
6.4. Steps to setup Promotion Rules
1. From step above, system will route to Promotion Rules.
2. Click on Promotion Rules link.
3. System will route to Promotion Rules page.
4. Select Criteria from drop down menu. (Product SKU/ Product Category/ Purchase Amount/ Always True)
5. Select Condition from drop down menu. (=/ <>)
6. Key in Criteria value.
7. Read the instructions:
8. Click on Save/Next button to proceed or Cancel button to abort action.
Steps to setup
Purchase With Purchase Rules / Thank You Gift (PWP/ TYG)
1. From step from steps to setup promotion rules, system will route to Offer Assigned page.
2. Setup rules result from here.
3. Select Condition from drop down menu. (AND/ OR)
4. Key in No Of Item Entitled. (Apply if condition is OR)
5. Key in Total Max Quantity. (Apply if condition is AND)
6. Select Product Number from magnifying glass lookup icon.
7. Description will be populated.
8. Key in Receipt Message.
9. Key in Offer Price.
10. Key in Max Quantity.
11. Click on Save button to active rule or Cancel button to abort action.
Steps to setup
Free Gift / Sales Challenge Rules (FGT/ SCL)
1. From step from steps to setup promotion rules, system will route to Offer Assigned page.
2. Setup rules result from here.
3. Select Condition from drop down menu. (AND/ OR)
4. Key in No Of Item Entitled. (Apply if condition is OR)
5. Select Product Number from magnifying glass lookup icon.
6. Description will be populated.
7. Key in Receipt Message.
8. Key in Quantity.
9. Select Fix value from drop down menu. (Yes/ No)
10. Key in Max Quantity.
11. Key in Value.
12. Select Type from drop down menu. (Amount/ Rate)
13. Select Expiry Date from calendar lookup icon.
14. Click on Save button to active rule or Cancel button to abort action.
1. Follow steps to view promotion.
2. Click on the rules to be amended.
3. Make necessary amendment.
4. Click on Save button or Cancel button to abort action.
6.6. Steps to delete promotion
1. Follow steps to view promotion.
2. Select checkbox on the selected promotion.
3. Click on Delete button to delete
7.1. Steps to view voucher type listing
1. Toggle to Admin Mode and click on Voucher Setup module.
2. Click on Voucher Setup.
3. System will route to Voucher Type Listing.
7.2. Steps to add voucher type
1. Follow steps to view voucher type listing.
2. Click on Add button to add voucher type.
3. System will route to voucher type maintenance page.
4. Key in Voucher Type Code.
5. Key in Voucher Type Description.
6. Select Voucher Value Type from drop down menu. (Percentage/ Fixed Value/ Defined Value)
7. Click on Save button to add new discount or Cancel button to abort action.
7.3. Steps to edit voucher type
1. Follow steps to view voucher type listing.
2. Click on selected till link.
3. System will route to Voucher Type Maintenance page.
4. Make necessary amendment.
5. Click on Save button to save or Cancel button to abort action.
7.4. Steps to delete voucher type
1. Follow steps to view voucher type listing.
2. Select checkbox on the selected voucher type.
3. Click on the delete button to delete.
4. System will prompt a confirmation pop up window.
5. Click on OK button to delete or Cancel button to abort action.
8.1. Steps to view voucher listing
1. Toggle to Admin Mode and click on Voucher Setup module.
2. Click on Voucher.
3. System will route to Voucher Type Listing.
8.2. Steps to add voucher
1. Follow steps to view voucher listing.
2. Click on Add button to add voucher.
3. System will route to voucher tracking maintenance page.
4. Select Voucher Type from lookup icon. (selection from Voucher Type from previous module)
5. Select Branch from lookup icon.
6. Select Customer from lookup icon.
7. Select Voucher Expiry Date from lookup icon.
8. Select Currency from lookup icon.
9. Key in Voucher Denomination.
10. Key in Voucher Remark.
11. Key in Prefix.
12. Key in Number of Digit for Voucher.
13. Key in Start Number for Voucher.
14. Key in Number of Voucher.
15. Click on Save button to add new discount or Cancel button to abort action.
Please refer to this sample voucher reference number VCHNOV0001 to VCHNOV1000 for below explanations:
Prefix – The first characters that appear at voucher reference number. For example: VCHNOV
Number of Digit for Voucher – Number of digit behind prefix. For example: 0001 is 4 digits.
Start Number for Voucher – Start generating from this number.
Number of Voucher - Numbers of vouchers to generate
8.3. Steps to change voucher status
1. Follow steps to view voucher listing.
2. Click on checkbox for selected voucher reference number.
3. Click on the buttons to change status.
4. Status of voucher will change accordingly.
Voucher cannot change from Lost to Damage or Damage to Lost. A lost voucher is impossible to be found as damage afterwards.
9.1. Steps to view back order list
1. Toggle to Admin Mode and click on Warranty Claim module.
2. Click on Warranty Claim.
3. System will route to Warranty List page.
4. Click on the warranty link to view warranty detail
5. System will route to Warranty page.
6. Warranty page is read only page.
Click on admin button to return to ePOS admin page.
1. Toggle to Admin Mode and click on Report module.
2. Click on Selected title to view report.
